These Terms of Use (the "Terms") regulate the usage of the website youniqlabs.com (hereinafter the “Website”), all services it offers and all content it has. The Website is operated by YOUNIQ LABS LTD ("Youniq Labs"), a British Virgin Islands registered company.

By accepting the Terms, all users and visitors are providing their consent to the below clauses.

A. You automatically provide your consent to our Terms by using or visiting our Website.

B. Youniq Labs asks any person to leave the Website and do not use any of its features if you do not agree to these Terms.

D. Youniq Labs reserves the right to alter or cease both - the Website content and the Terms, and is not obliged to provide any notifications on that. However you may be still notified of any changes and updates by receiving relevant emails. With or without your awareness or notifications received, it is considered that amended Terms are accepted if the user visits or uses the Website, and Youniq Labs does not receive the user’s written request to stop receiving services according to updated Terms.

E. Youniq Labs provides its services specifically to adults whose age is above 18 years, or other allowing age of their residency jurisdiction’s relevant civil law.

F. Youniq Labs owns or holds approval to use all IP rights to the Website content. Any violation of Youniq Labs IP rights will cause proceedings with protecting authorities and courts against the violating person. It is strictly prohibited to:

Youniq Labs does not warrant that the functions inside the Website may be uninterrupted or mistakes free, or defects could be corrected, or that this Website or the server that allocates it are free of viruses or functionality faults. TO THE MOST EXTREME DEGREE ALLOWED BY RELEVANT REGULATION, IN NO OCCASION WILL YOUNIQ LABS BE AT RISK FOR ANY EXCEPTIONAL, ACCIDENTAL, BACKHANDED HARMS AT ALL (COUNTING, WITHOUT CONSTRAINT, HARMS FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS BENEFITS, BUSINESS INTERFERENCE, LOSS OF BUSINESS DATA, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL MISFORTUNE) BUT CAUSED AND ON ANY LEGITIMATE OR FAIR HYPOTHESIS OF OBLIGATION, AND WHETHER FOR BREAK OF AGREEMENT, CARELESSNESS ETC. THESE LIMITS WILL APPLY DESPITE ANY BREAK OF CONDITION(S) OR PRINCIPAL TERM(S) OR FOR AN ESSENTIAL BREAK(S). REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE YOUNIQ LABS' ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS CUMULATIVE, AND ALL OF THE PARTIES' EXPENSES ARE COUNTED TOWARD DETERMINING WHETHER THE LIMIT IS SATISFIED.

L. These Terms of Use are governed by and will be enforced under the laws of the British Virgin Islands as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed in the courts of that jurisdiction.
